Fair Trade Proof page
TRACE YOUR BEANS FROM FARMER TO ROASTER. We practice Fair Trade as a long-term partnership between farmers and roasters, including pre-financing, sharing information and working together for higher quality coffee. Without proof, anyone can say anything. This site is part of our effort to provide total transparency in our process.

THE DOMA PROJECT

DOMA Coffee Roasting Company is a small roastery located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We are a small group that works together with one objective - to produce the best coffee possible.

Our values: love of coffee, passion for espresso and obsession with quality go hand in hand with our enthusiasm for roasting and our continued quest for knowledge.

Our focus on bean selection, freshness and carefully controlled small-batch roasting lets us produce coffees with exceptional flavor.

We purchase certified organic, fair trade and direct relationship coffee. We support sustainable farms and run our company with a social, economic and environmental conscience.

Working with those who share our passion and enthusiasm for truly fine coffee is what we enjoy most.

DOMA is named after Terry and Rebecca's two sons, Dominic and Marco. The photo is a picture of Terry's father taken at Coeur d'Alene beach in the 1950's.

Our eco-friendly roaster uses 80% less gas than a conventional roaster
